I am the grandson of Don and Irene Williams, founders of Jerrol's Book & Supply Co. I started at Jerrol's at the age of 13, sweeping sidewalks and shoveling snow and continued through college. I received a Bachelor of Arts (Business) degree from Washington State University with a minor in Medieval History. I spent six years as a Sales Representative for a large art materials wholesaler covering eastern Washington, eastern Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Salt Lake City. I returned to Jerrol's full time in 1991.

My role at Jerrol's is customer advocate. It is my responsibility to ensure that our products, prices, services, and policies meet or exceed your expectations. I firmly believe that the customer is our boss and if we listen to you, we will flourish, if we forget that you are the boss we will perish. My family and fellow team members thank you for your support and hope to continue to develop life long relationships with you, our customer.
