We are very excited, there is only one more week before a big event!!!

Good Afternoon

This week has been extremely busy but successful. We have already had a couple of meetings, one with the Suncadia staff and one with the Ellensburg Chamber of Commerce. The meeting with Suncadia went great. We talked to them about the layout, where our tent was going to be setup, and all the little details about arrival, parking, food, and lighting. Today we had our meeting with the Chamber of Commerce, which was very helpful. Both people we met with have had a lot of experience with auctions and they had a lot of great advice and ideas. The meetings let us know that we have a lot to do, but we also know we have made great progress.

Just the other day we sent out a huge email and started getting responses immediately. People are calling, coming into the store and going online to get their tickets. We are excited to see so much interest from everyone. People are also coming in with donations. Our community is really supporting us.

Last minute details are really coming in. We are making the program for the auction, making bidding pattles, and getting all the items ready with their name and bid sheets. There is a lot to do but we are ready.
