Sorry this is a few days late, things have been crazy. But we are making a lot of progress!

Good Evening
Our auction is only 3 weeks away, but everything is coming together nicely. This week has been extremely busy and we have accomplished a lot. We have been talking to a few people at Suncadia and our menu is coming together. They also offered to donate a golf package for our auction. The next step for our location is putting together the setup for the tent, tables, and stage. It is amazing how it all is coming together.

Items are still coming in. We have a few more autographed photographs, a couple books, and a few more CD's. We also just choose a few items to get from a sports group that helps charity groups find signed sports memorabilia. It is starting to look like we are going to have plenty of items for everyone to bid on.

Last but not least, we have put prices together and invitations are being sent out. We have decided on selling the tickets at $60 a couple and $35 a single. Everyone will get to spend a pleasant evening outside at the Suncadia Resort, enjoying appetizers, beverages, and live entertainment. Also, if you can think of anyone we should send our invitation to please let us know. We would love to see about 150 people at our event.
